BCBS Carefirst PPO Traditional dental coverage offers access to more than 82,000 participating dentists throughout the United States within their national dental network.

The plan offers:

  • 80% coverage after deductible on basic and major surgical services
  • 50% coverage on major restorative services
  • Benefits for orthodontic services may be available for covered members under age 19 who meet treatment criteria.

Short & Long Term Disability Insurance

You are automatically enrolled in the Mutual of Omaha disability plan if you meet the eligibility requirements.
