Who We Are
Analysis, Computing and Engineering Solutions, Incorporated (ACES, Inc.) is a small, employee-owned business that was founded in 2005 with primary offices in Maryland and Colorado.
ACES, Inc. President Jeb Pair founded the company after a lengthy service with the United States Air Force, which provided him with the vision needed to bridge the gap between the analysis and information technology domains. His goal to effectively bridge these gaps was to assemble the optimal mix of personnel within the analysis, information technology(IT), and engineering disciplines.
The employees of ACES, Inc. have collectively provided over twenty years of technical expertise to government agencies – concentrating on analysis, information technology services, and engineering. Our employees have extensive experience in building and supporting prototype systems, guiding and contributing to new development efforts, signals analysis, system administration, and leading edge design efforts.
ACES, Inc. has grown to more than 90 employees working in Colorado, Maryland, Georgia, Ohio, Virginia and Washington, DC. We have employees deploying to many locations, including Afghanistan and Iraq, in support of our troops. There is no limit to the lengths the employees of ACES, Inc. will go to support our customers.
Our mission objective is to enable actionable intelligence by connecting the right people with the right tools. We believe in the character and integrity of our employees and we demonstrate this by limiting traditional bureaucratic activities and empowering them to make decisions in line with customer expectations and the ACES, Inc. core values of Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Leadership, Integrity, and People.
