COVID Doesn’t Stop Us from Learning at ACES

As many companies struggle on how to operate during COVID, we should be proud that ACES decided to continue to invest and mentor our future generation. Please allow me to introduce you to our interns:

  • Sarah Barnes is a sophomore at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Her father proudly works for ACES in Georgia, where he has excited her about the possibilities of cybersecurity careers.  She is leveraging her HTML and JAVA skills to help ACES this summer and aspires to obtain a Masters degree in cybersecurity.  In her spare time away from school (with her 4.0 GPA), she works, loves her cat, and spends time with family.
  • Mark Oussoren is a sophomore at Indiana University.  We chatted, why did you decide to join ACES this summer? Mark expressed a value that we have here at ACES – Jeb and Fred asked him, “what would he love to do?” and they genuinely cared about the response.  Mark has JAVA and Python skills and loves machine learning opportunities.  In the future, he aspires to do machine learning and obtaining his PhD, probably in math.

Please feel free to reach out to these amazing persons because they are ready for advice, mentorship, and learning from us.

Welcome Sarah and Mark to the ACES family!!
